The members of the Omega Alpha Omega chapter invite you to participate as a vendor for the 2017 Anniversary - Emerald City that will be held at the Verona Villa in Frisco, TX on Friday, April 28, 2017. Please be sure to read and review the attached documents, which include the Vendor Form and Vendor Lease Agreement.
Each vendor space will be assigned on a “First Paid-First Served” vendor basis. Please ensure that you submit your completed documents along with the appropriate booth rental fee no later than Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Strict adherence to this deadline is imperative to your participation.
The booth rental fee is $150.00 for all for-profit vendors. We are also asking that each vendor sponsor/donate at least one (1) door prize. Your business will be spotlighted as your item is presented to a lucky winner.
Once your application and fees are received, processed and approved, you will receive an email with your confirmation number, so that you may pay the vendor fee.
